Engine:

• Adjust engine valves to specs
• Replace mechanical injectors/ test electronic injectors – replace as needed
• Replace worn belts and hoses
• Pressure test cooling system, check t-stat & radiator cap
• Drain and refill cooling system
• Test anti-freeze to -40F and check DCA level
• Inspect/repair air intake piping & clamp tightness
• Inspect/repair turbo
• Inspect/repair exhaust system
• Change engine oil and filters
• Change Fuel filter
• Change coolant filter
• Replace air filter
• Inspect/repair air cleaner indicator

Rear Carriers:

• Inspect for proper operation
• Inspect for external leaks
• Replace lubricant
• Replace breathers

Tires:

• Install new steer axle tires
• Install new recap drive tires

Brakes:

• Inspect brakes & drums - must be at least 70%
• Inspect slack adjusters & chambers
• Inspect brake camshafts
• Adjust brakes as needed
• Service Air drier
• Drain water from air tanks
• Inspect brake tubing for leaks or wear

Mixer Assembly:

• Install rebuilt ZF Gear Box
• Change/flush Hydraulic fluids and filters
• Inspect rollers for condition & alignment
• Repair hopper and chute system
• Inspect/repair hydraulic leaks - hoses, cylinders, pumps & manifold
• Inspect water system for operation & condition
• Inspect constant speed operation
• Replace drum to better than 50% drum and fin thickness
• Repair all lights
• Inspect cooler fan and cooler operation
• Inspect fenders & mounting
• Inspect wash down platform & safety rails
• Repair cables and controls
• Inspect operation of all controls front and rear
• Inspect ladder condition & operation
• Inspect slump meter operation
• Inspect extension chute racks, cable & straps
• Inspect pedestals & mounting - repair cracks
• Inspect tow loop

Transmission:

• Inspect Transmission for proper operation
• Inspect Transmission for external leaks
• Inspect/adjust clutch operation, lube pivot points
• Inspect PTO operation
• Replace lubricant
• Replace breather
• If Automatic Trans change filters

Electrical:

• Install new batteries
• Install new battery jumper cables and inspect others
• Inspect battery box and holddown bolts
• Inspect charging/starting system operation
• Inspect/repair exterior lights to work
• Inspect/repair warning lights and alarms

Chassis:

• Inspect king pins
• Inspect steering gear, spindle, tie rods & drag link
• Inspect/fill oil level in power steering system
• Install new wheel seals
• Inspect front & rear springs, pins & u-bolts
• Inspect driveshaft, yokes, u-joints & carrier bearings
• Inspect/repair cracked crossmembers
• Inspect/repair cracked trunion
• Inspect for frame cracks
• Lubricate chassis

Cab:

• Inspect/repair operation of gauges
• Inspect/repair operation of warning devices
• Inspect/repair operation of all lamps
• Inspect/repair operation of mixer control lamps
• Inspect/repair operation of horns
• Inspect/repair operation of windshield wipers & washers
• Fill washer fluid reservoir
• Inspect/repair operation of Air Conditioning
• Inspect/repair seats & seatbelts
• Lube locks, latches and hinges

Paint repairs:

• Steam clean complete unit
• Chip concrete from frame and mixer assembly
• Media blast frame, wheels and mixer assembly
• Repair hood and cab as needed
• Inspect/replace glass for cracks or chips
• Paint cab, hood, chassis, mixer & running gear
• Paint interior of cab
• Install Second Generation decals
• Install safety equipment
• Inspect for proper chassis certification sticker in cab
• Install chassis ID sticker
